XML File group
Purge XML files
This option deletes all the files in the "published" xml folder before publising a new version. It's useful after renaming files, to get rid of the files that were published with the old file names.
Publish all languages
When you create multiple language files for a collection (maybe for a dynamic web site) it's possible to publish them all at once. This option is unavailable if HTML publising is enabled.
HTML group
Publish HTML files
This option is the default setting for new collection and is probably the one you'll use most often, unless you use Tópico as a source file generator in another process. This option disables the "Publish all languages" option.
You can still create document collection in multiple languages even if you don't publish them at once. It means you publish and upload them separately.
Purge HTML files
This option deletes all the files in the online folder before publishing a new version. It's useful after renaming files, to get rid of the files that were published with the old file names.
Hyperlinks group
Add prefix
This option is mainly targeted at multiple languages scenarios when only the topic id is used when creating links. In this type of scenario, it's then possible to append a prefix to the published link so it can be processed by a dynamic web application. Learn how you can setup a dynamic web application.
Add extension
Adding the file extension while publishing is helpful to publish a static version of a collection that is also used in a dynamic application..
