Main Toolbar

The main toolbar displays options that apply to either user interface elements, the whole collection or the current topic.
The toolbar
Here's a short description of the available buttons.

Expand the treeview. |

Copy the current topic. |

Print the current topic. |

Search for text within the collection. |

Send topic to Word for spell checking. |

Send the topic body to a plain HTML file |

Verify all links in the current topic. |

Publish the collection. |

This button opens the user guide (this collection). |

Use this button to navigate to the previous topic in the collection. |

Use this button to navigate to the next topic in the collection. |

This button updates the topic on the web server |
If multiple languages are defined for the collection, a Languages drop down list will be displayed in the main toolbar.Selceting a language from the main toolbar opens the current topic in the selected language and adjusts the user interface accordingly.
Clicking on the HTML page button send a copy of the current topic to a simple HTML file, with a reference to the main stylesheet and a few meta tags.
Clicking on the publish to web button updates the published topic on the web server. The small (10 lines) web service is described in this topic can be used to update the file on the server. This button is only visible in the professional edition of Tópico.
