Make sure that feature X does not require a registered version of Tópico. Once this possibility is out of the way , send us an email with a short description of the problem and we'll try to help you the best we can.

Have you studied the basic tutorials? Are you familiar with the intermediate tutorials familiar? Then the place to go next might be the web standards reference page.

Your publishing stylesheet might be out of sync with your markup/template. If you got to this point, you should be able to identify the element that seems to be causing the problem and check it's stylesheet selector in the CSS file. If you were only experimenting with customization, reapply the publishing template and select Yes when asked to replace existing files.

Did you modify the template? This would be most likely the cause of the error message. After backing your modified template/script/stylesheet, reapply the publishing package and select Yes when asked to replace existing files.

If the error is gone, compare your modified template with the one from the base publishing package. You should be able to find the error in there.

Don't fear, although it's a bit more work than using the existing ones, you can use any script in your Tópico publication. One thing you can do is to replace the exiting scripts with your own and reference them in the template. The other thing you can do is to build yourself a reusable publishing package, which you can learn here.
