Topics and Collections

In Tópico, topics are organized into a collection that you edit through the treeview control. The publishing process uses the collection information and the publishing package to create all the publication's components.
- A menu tree;
- Navigation links;
- Breadcrumb with links to corresponding topics;
- A site map with links to all topics in the map.

Sub topics
The topic is the basic component of your collection. The treeview control on the left of the main window lets you organize your topics into a map from which the main menu is created.
In a %product_name% publication, your topics are organized into collections. Collection properties, found in the collection tab, apply to the whole publication.
