Before using Tópico, your computer needs to meet the following requirements:

If you're running Windows XP - SP2

  1. Download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  2. Download and install Tópico

If you're running Windows XP (or SP1)

  1. Download and install the Microsoft MSI Installer 3.1
  2. Download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  3. Download and install Tópico

If you're running Windows 2000 SP3 (or more recent)

  1. Download and install the Microsoft MSI Installer 3.1
  2. Download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  3. Download and install Tópico

If you're running Windows 2000 SP2 (or older)

  1. Upgrade to Windows 2000 SP3
  2. Follow the above instructions

Although the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 might be supported under earlier versions of Windows, Tópico is not.
